We came across this advertisement in a September 1974 issue of Better Homes and Gardens. Not only would our boys love to play with it, I loved what the ad declared.

Found this at the excellent vintage ad blog "My Mom's Basement". I had most of these toys as a kid. The parking lot was the best, with a crank-driven elevator and inexplicable car spinner on the roof. The barn "moo"ed when you opened and closed the door. When you bus moved, the people inside would bounce up and down wildly. Not pictured, the massive, expanding airport that housed the plane at the bottom of the photo.
