Im running track and we just finished our second week of practice, and ever since last thursday ive been dealing with alot of pain issues.after 30 minutes of running in pain today, i went to go see the athpetic trainor and she told me that im having problems with my IT and/ hamstring...so she told me to do some exercises and stretches and hopefully itll work..but some prayer is appreciated becuz i cant run track i f this pain stays😭😢🤦
