Thompson, Larry (Video interview), Part 1 of 2. The Cantigny 1st Division Oral History Project. Larry Thompson describes himself as something of a "hellraiser" in his youth, tells of being on probation for stealing clothes and hubcaps from Conway Twitty. Before a judge for violating his probation, he was given the choice of jail time or joining the military. It was 1961 when he enlisted.
