The Jackson 5, The Jackson 5 were one of the biggest pop-music acts of the 1970s, and the band served as the launching pad for the solo careers of their lead singers Jermaine and Michael, the latter brother later transforming his early Motown solo fame into greater success as an adult artist. The Jackson 5/The Jacksons has sold 100 million records worldwide.

The Four Tops maintained their original lineup (lead singer Levi Stubbs, Abdul Duke Fakir, Renaldo Obie Benson, and Lawrence Payton) for more than four decades. They recorded several hits in the 1960s, including Baby I Need Your Loving, I Cant Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch), and Reach Out Ill Be There, and also provided backup for The Supremes and Martha & the Vandellas, before leaving for other labels. Gladys Knight, known as the "Empress of Soul", is an American singer-songwriter, actress, businesswoman, humanitarian, and author. She is best known for the hits she recorded during the 1960s and 1970s, for both the Motown and Buddah Records labels, with her group Gladys Knight & the Pips.Knight has won a total of seven Grammy awards (four as a solo artist, and three with The Pips).
