This is a case of Tami White; however, I changed a few of the card elements and carried them over to the coordinating bottle tag. I used the Stampin' Up! Good morning friends. Today's share is a set of Wine Bottle Tags that I made for a friend. I cut the champagne glasses from Stampin' Up Glimmer Paper, and added strips of the same glimmer paper to decorate the stamped panels. Glimmer Dots make perfect 'bubbles'.
