Past Life Regression

Choosing Our Next Lifetime and Being Born Again
In one past life that I remembered, I chose who and when to be reborn. I actually saw the my conception …. and then my birth. It is weird, but somehow I’m okay with it. This is from my past life memories as Annabelle Rosalina Georges of France in 1795 AD.
What the Healing Room in Heaven is Like…
There IS a healing room in Heaven. I have been there and have seen it many times after remembering a death scene in many of my past lives during a past life regression (or PLR). It is a slightly different experience every time – since I died in different ways each lifetime. I have walked into the light in about 20 of the 50 lifetimes I have remembered.
Pour Me a Loving Glass of H2O Oneness
Two different trays of ice are dumped into one bowl of water. One group of ice thinks they are better than the other tray. They fight about it, even turning to war. Eventually, all the ice cubes melt into the water and thus become one with the water. There is no separation. They can turn into steam or water vapor, but still they are all H2O molecules. Later, they are all reborn in new trays of ice.
I have always loved the Roaring 1920s. Always. But why? Since I was in grade school, I have loved the 1920s anything. I used to say, “I must have had a past life in the 1920s.” I never knew that for sure until a few years ago when I remembered being Helen Merkowitz, who died tragically in 1927.

Is Time Warped?
Is time warped while participating in a past life regression? This tree was warped over time. It is well known that Albert Einstein stated that time is relative. He also said, “… for us physicists believe the separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one.” I believe him.
Drink from the Water of Life.
During the relaxation part of going into a past life regression—often called the induction—I use the imagery of stairs leading into a garden. During my last session, my garden changed to something quite a bit different. I saw my stairs cascading down alongside of a very steep waterfall. There were lots of rainbows in the mist, billowing up towards me as I descended the stairs. I stand at the edge looking down from the top, unafraid. I walk down the steep stairs. Then, I heard the words,
