"We love teaching #headstand prep with a block at the wall. It's such a good way to build up shoulder strength and experience being upside-down without going up into the full pose. (If you're not sure what prep pose we're talking about, look back at our feed for a shot of Christina last month!). ✳️BUT, while this is a great way to work on the pose, there's one issue - you need a partner to place the block for you!
