Of course, it's near impossible to mention all Indian sweets and desserts here.    Some prominent ones we've missed are: Payesh, Kheer, Sondesh, Mishti Doi, Rasmalai, Malpua, Shahi tukra, and Shrikhand.    It's important to know though, that all these are made with a flour (chena, rava, wheat, rice, or khoya) batter and then mixed with sugar, milk and ghee. This adds up to nothing less than 100-150 calories per small piece or per small bowl. Rice, Ghee
