Es ist Winterzeit und ich kann Christstollen kaum noch sehen. Dominosteine mag ich von Hause aus nicht, dass lasse ich genau wie diese Geleebananen auf jedem Naschteller zurück. Auch die Nachspeisen wirken nach einer gewissen Zeit im Winter immer gleich. Es wird Zeit für etwas Anderes. Eine bekannte Speise mal neuartig darzustellen, gehört ja zu einer meiner Lieblingsbeschäftigungen.

Bereiden:Amandelbiscuit interieur: Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C. Klop de eierdooiers en 50 g suiker wit in een keukenrobot. Klop het eiwit tot stijve pieken in een keukenrobot op matige snelheid. Voeg 50 g suiker toe in 3 delen. Meng de 2 massa’s voorzichtig, zodat alles luchtig blijft. Zeef het amandelpoeder, 50 g suiker en de bloem en voeg toe aan de luchtige massa.
