this looks like a Bikes At Work trailer with a cargo box built on top. Notice the rollerblade wheels acting as a bumper in the bottom-rear. If there were two more in the top-rear (instead of the little rubber stopper-bumpers), you could roll the box vertically into an elevator... More cargo space could be captured without gaining any extra width, by moving the trailer out over (but no wider than) the wheels.
