LED Chandelier (Purple), W Washington Hotel
The W Hotel Washington has been open for one week (as of July 14, 2009). It is one of the hottest destinations in the city. A line forms behind a velvet rope, visitors hoping to get a spot at the hugely popular rooftop bar that has a marvelous view over the central city. There's no wait for a drink in the "Living Room" (lobby bar). The bar is lighted by the venerable Washington Hotel's chandeliers, but with a touch -- new LED accent lighting in each chandelier.
