Oh my goodness! I finally made the Trimtastic zucchini cake into a yellow cake using a yellow squash! It tastes just like yellow cake! See my adjustments to the cake recipe below: 1) Omit cocoa powder and chocolate chips. 2) Use yellow squash instead of zucchini. 3) Add additional 1/4 cup of baking blend. 4) Add an additional 1/2-1 tsp vanilla 5) 1/2 tsp almond extract (or use other flavors) Baked in 8x8 pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
