He is regarded as one of the most important and influential jazz drummers to come to prominence in the 1960s, Williams first gained fame in the band of trumpeter Miles Davis and was a pioneer of jazz fusion.

Taylor Hawkins (born: February 17, 1972, Fort Worth, TX, USA) is an American drummer, songwriter, singer and musician. He is best known as the drummer of the rock band The Foo Fighters. He was the touring drummer for Alanis Morissette on her Jagged Little Pill and Can't Not tours and the drummer of Sylvia. In 2004 Hawkins formed his own side project, Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders, in which he plays drums and sings.
